The Role
We're looking for a Senior Director of Solution Engineering to lead and develop a high-performing team across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a strategic and technically proficient leader with expertise in data-driven digital marketing solutions. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive technical strategy and ensure the successful execution of innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of solution engineers and a team of BI experts across APAC.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop customized solutions.
- Shape technical strategy by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Oversee project execution to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Support pre-sales efforts by working closely with sales teams to craft compelling proposals.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering or architecture within an agency environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing diverse, distributed teams (15+ members).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with a commercial mindset.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus.
