About the role
As a Program Manager, you'll spearhead groundbreaking digital initiatives that transform organisational operations. Your strategic vision will guide large-scale projects from concept to reality, while your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. - Orchestrate multiple complex digital health programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and healthcare compliance standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, technical teams, and executive leadership
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital health solutions, from inception through to successful implementation
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality outcomes that meet healthcare standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors and healthcare partners
- Create and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and governance frameworks
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital health solutions
Skills & experience
- 8+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare or digital health initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and digital health trends
- Experience with program management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Experience in agile and waterfall delivery frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards
- Knowledge of health data privacy and security requirements
