The Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Engagement Management to lead a team across the APAC region. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in client engagement, project delivery, and data-driven digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 engagement managers across APAC.
- Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee project delivery from inception to execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in engagement management.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with digital marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and CDPs is a plus.
- Around 10 years of experience in account or project management within a consulting environment.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience leading teams of 15+ members, ideally in a distributed environment.
- Proven track record of working with clients across various industries in the APAC market.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
