Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of change strategy, planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement for health information technology initiatives
  • Support multiple technology projects, integration efforts, and the development of new capabilities at both enterprise and ecosystem levels
  • Design and implement comprehensive change and communications management plans based on primary research
  • Develop and maintain change management risk registers and contribute to EPMO documentation
  • Deliver capability-building workshops to project managers and business analysts
  • Contribute actively to the Organisational Change Management Community of Practice

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager with a strong track record of successful change management in an EPMO or similar environment
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks, particularly within an EPMO
  • Experience with Active Directory systems is highly beneficial
  • Prior experience in the Health sector is very beneficial
  • Knowledge of APS frameworks and procedures (APS 6 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex change initiatives
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
