About the role
A strategic Solution Analyst is required to transform Property, Forecast, and Valuations technological platforms. This role demands a technical expert capable of providing essential support, optimising system functionalities, and fostering innovative improvements through close collaboration with internal teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to users of Property, Forecasting, and Valuations systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Oversee the configuration and optimisation of critical finance systems, implementing industry best practices to ensure peak performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Orchestrate seamless data extraction workflows across financial systems, implementing robust methodologies to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and optimal transfer efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support for additional finance platform applications, including Blackline and Build-to-Rent, as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and enhance platforms, focusing on reusability and seamless integration across different products.
  • Work with business stakeholders and product teams to identify opportunities for platform improvements and drive system enhancements that enhance user experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, escalating to vendors or external partners as necessary.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and OKRs, driving collective success.


What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ Years in a similar role
  • SQL query writing skills
  • Experience with MRI Strategic Planning (Cougar) or other MRI modules
  • Knowledge of data integration and extraction processes, with experience supporting finance platforms such as Blackline and Build-to-Rent.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and platform enhancement.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to manage complex issues and escalate as needed.
