About the role
This Senior Technical Business Analyst role will see you working within the Technology division, reporting to the Head of Tech Operations and Strategy. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system-related initiatives that deliver meaningful value.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the analysis of business requirements and transforming them into detailed functional specifications
- Collaborating with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs
- Overseeing implementation of new features while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Providing strategic insights for system enhancements and technical solutions
- Managing vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Creating comprehensive documentation including user stories and technical specifications

Skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge with extensive business analysis experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in creating comprehensive product and technical documentation
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry is a must
- Familiarity and experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS
