The Company
Working with a well-established Government department who are undergoing an expansive technology transformation and uplift – large body of work with a view for extension.
The Role
As the Senior Technical Business Analyst you will be instrumental in delivering transformative ICT projects on Microsoft cloud platforms. Your extensive experience and deep technical knowledge will be key in capturing business requirements, working with business units, and planning technology solutions.
Core Duties
You will capture and analyse business requirements, align technology solutions with business objectives, and contribute to enterprise-level projects. Your role will involve working with large vendors, navigating complex issues, and ensuring projects adhere to corporate delivery processes.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- High proficiency across ICT projects using Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Expertise in MS Modules: Microsoft Dynamics, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure.
- Proven experience in capturing requirements for complex projects and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with large vendors and negotiating project requirements.
- Prior experience in the public sector is essential.
