Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Defence Cyber Range (DCR) Systems Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing complex systems that encompass network, infrastructure, software, product development, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive system that delivers a product from inception to completion, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure an integrated approach to product engineering development and verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems engineering processes and methodologies for the DCR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a systems-oriented approach in all stages of product development.
- Manage complex systems engineering tasks under broad direction, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Conduct system verification and validation activities.
- Document system requirements, specifications, and architectures.
- Bachelor of Engineering or relevant discipline (Essential).
- Certification as a Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) by INCOSE (Desirable).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification from Engineers Australia (Desirable).
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Systems Engineer in complex and/or large-scale ICT projects/programs (Essential).
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
