About the role
As a Solution Engineer specialising in AI & Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will be responsible for developing automation solutions that make business processes more effective, maximizing business value, and maintaining platform usability and performance. Working within an agile team, you will play a key role in making the Automation platform highly secure, reusable, intelligent, and accessible across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath platform in line with design and security standards
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Develop test cases and facilitate testing of robotic processes
- Support existing UiPath robots in production environment
- Maintain and administer the UiPath platform
- Contribute to the development and maturing of the RPA practice and operating model
- Actively participate in promoting the RPA platform and seek automation opportunities across the organization
- Collaborate with other platform teams, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements that improve capabilities, agility, and performance
- Work with analysts to capture, analyse, and document business processes
- Contribute to the exploration of AI solutions, including conversational AI, and their integration with RPA processes

Skills & experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in technology or digital roles
- Proficient programming background in at least one major language framework, particularly .NET (C#, C++, VB) or Java (Microsoft .Net ecosystem preferred)
- Meticulous focus on code quality and consistency
- Demonstrated track record implementing UiPath automation solutions
- Capability to create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, training materials, and project plans
- Aptitude for articulating both functional and technical requirements with precision
- Strong project management discipline regarding scope control, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Self-starting approach to task prioritization and objective setting
- Creative troubleshooter with innovative thinking and continuous learning mindset
- Capability to function effectively both independently and as part of collaborative teams
- Forward-thinking attitude toward systems improvement and issue resolution
