About the role:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility. Take ownership of requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design to ensure that both business and technical needs are effectively addressed.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements by leveraging cutting-edge automation technologies, system optimisation strategies, and innovative solutions. Drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced business value through data-driven decision-making and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather comprehensive and detailed business requirements, ensuring that all voices are heard and key business priorities are understood. Translate these insights into actionable technical solutions, providing clarity for development teams and ensuring that proposed changes align with both business goals and system capabilities.
  • Oversee the full implementation process, including system testing, training, and change management, to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide guidance and support throughout the transition, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations while maximising the value delivered by new solutions.
  • Utilise advanced data analytics tools to monitor system performance, track key metrics, and assess the impact of process improvements. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and proactively identify further opportunities for optimisation and innovation to continuously drive business success.

About you:

  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis and process optimisation
  • Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar methodologies
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, automation tools, and data analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • JD Edwards and Salesforce experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player
  • Relevant degree and certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP) are highly regarded
