Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment, management, and security of Kubernetes-based containerized software solutions for Defence projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating software builds, packaging, and delivery using HELM Charts, and ensuring compliance with AGSVA Security Clearance NV2 requirements. You will collaborate closely with our DevSecOps team and engage directly with customers to represent our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain AGSVA Security Clearance NV2 requirements.
  • Act as a Kubernetes expert, overseeing the packaging and delivery of software products (JP2248).
  • Coordinate planning, builds, packaging, and delivery of containerized software solutions via HELM Charts.
  • Provide on-site support and system support, meeting Defence Project expectations.
  • Manage security accreditation and acceptance of software in Defence DSN & DPN environments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software environments and functionality.
  • Support non-functional and system requirements through design, implementation, and acceptance testing phases.
  • Develop local competence for the Sustainment phase including Help Desk, Training & Engineering.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in DevSecOps roles, specifically with Kubernetes and containerized delivery.
  • Experience with HELM Charts for software packaging and delivery.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance NV2.
  • Strong understanding of Defence project requirements and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the company to customers effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
