About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Test and Evaluation Practitioner to join our team focused on Navy Capability and the integration of Uncrewed Systems (USVs, VTOL Fixed Wing UAS, and similar systems).
This role is essential in ensuring our systems meet rigorous testing and evaluation standards to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and report on testing and evaluation (T&E) activities.
- Apply systems engineering and T&E principles to ensure effective system performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate high-quality solutions.
- Document testing processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field, or 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in test and evaluation or 5+ years of experience in test and evaluation.
- Experience with the integration of USVs, VTOL Fixed Wing UAS, or similar systems.
- Previous experience in systems engineering within the defence industry.
- In-depth understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of test and evaluation principles and methodologies.
- Proven experience in systems design, development, and integration.
- Excellent teamwork and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
