Join a dynamic team within a thriving Multi-Billion Dollar Australian IT services and consulting company. Who are seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-level executives across government sectors and top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with “C” level executives in customers to establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship.
- Manage the complete customer post-sales lifecycle, aiding the customer in achieving their goals and success.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct workshops and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
- Advocate customer needs and escalate issues inter-departmentally.
- Proactively identify and correct any issues with the Support Team that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
Skills & experience
- 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting in a similar role
- Familiarity working with enterprise government and commercial customers and ‘C’ level executives.
- Able to communicate complex technology-related business issues to audiences with a varying range of technical expertise.
- Demonstrated experience growing (farming) business within customers.
- Creative thinker with an innovative approach to problem solving.
- You are happy to have a Police check completed.
- Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Enterprise Architecture and Modelling
- ITIL Foundation v2 and V3 or expert certification
- You have worked on Microsoft based technology customers – Azure, Modern Workplace, O365/M365
