Role Overview
As the ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of the ServiceNow environment. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets unique financial services requirements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and roadmap
- Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations and integrations
- Ensure platform compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards
- Oversee a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions
- Establish and enforce best practices for platform usage and development
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Manage platform upgrades and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing ServiceNow initiatives
- ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist)
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Experience implementing ServiceNow in financial services or regulated environments
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
