About the Role
Join an organisation undergoing a pivotal SAP Transformation Program to upgrade from SAP ECC6 to a future-proof ERP system. You will lead this critical change initiative, ensuring seamless adoption of new SAP technologies and driving efficiency within core business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Advise: Act as a coach and advisor to senior leaders, guiding them to effectively champion technical initiatives.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies to enhance the adoption and proficiency of new SAP processes and technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Chief Data Officer and the Director of Project Management to tailor and execute change strategies.
- Innovate: Identify and define innovative change management practices to drive SAP solution adoption and foster a culture of change readiness.
- Communicate: Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure alignment with technical objectives and business goals.
- Drive Effectiveness: Utilise technical insights to refine change management approaches and enhance organizational readiness.
- Champion Change: Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders to navigate the SAP transformation and ensure successful implementation.
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience leading large-scale change management projects within government sectors.
- SAP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in SAP ERP implementations for large organizations, particularly in transformational change projects.
- Certified Professional: Proficiency in recognized change management frameworks like Prosci’s ADKAR, with relevant certifications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a history of inspiring and managing diverse teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate goals and expectations across all levels.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and identify effective solutions.
