Working with a well-established Government department who are undergoing an expansive technology transformation and uplift – large body of work with a view for extension.

About the Role
 
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of organisational changes. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and various departments to analyse, plan, and facilitate changes that enhance business processes and systems.
  • Implement change activities to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Use advanced methodologies like PROSCI/ADKAR for thorough change analysis and impact assessments.
  • Partner with managers to develop and distribute detailed change plans and reports, documenting all activities.
  • Conduct gap analyses to align transformation strategies with program goals.
  • Address stakeholder issues and risks with effective risk management techniques, ensuring proactive engagement and performance reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders using advanced tools to enhance collaboration and project delivery.

Skills & Experience
  • Training and/or practical experience in recognised OCM methodologies to develop and implement change management strategies and activities.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain change management deliverables, such as strategies, communication plans, user guides, reports, surveys, and training materials.
  • Skill in creating user-focused content for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating OCM risks and issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong capability in defining and coordinating training requirements to support new business processes and system implementations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with an emphasis on user and stakeholder engagement.
