Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Tool Management Specialist with expertise in Clarity to manage and optimize our portfolio management tools. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective utilization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Clarity PPM tool. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the tool’s features with strategic business goals and support the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tool Management: Oversee the Clarity PPM tool, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization. Manage tool enhancements, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to optimize performance and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Clarity’s features align with strategic priorities. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and effective use of the tool.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Lead initiatives to research, design, and pilot new features within Clarity, ensuring the tool evolves with the organization’s needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Operational Processes: Establish and manage operational processes, standards, and guidelines for the effective use of Clarity across the portfolio. Ensure compliance with enterprise portfolio management standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and measure the performance, adoption, and effectiveness of Clarity. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement and growth to enhance project and portfolio delivery.
  • Continuous Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Clarity users. Ensure timely resolution of issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Clarity PPM or similar portfolio management tools.
  • Strong understanding of project portfolio management (PPM) frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Ability to lead research and innovation initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
