The Role
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation's software applications ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.
This role combines technical expertise with business process optimisation, focusing on systems including HubSpot, Employment Hero, and Wellify.
- Manage and optimise enterprise applications, particularly HubSpot CRM
- Design and implement workflow automations using HubSpot and Zapier
- Oversee data management, analytics, and reporting across platforms
- Handle technical infrastructure including DNS and domain management
- Maintain communication systems and call tracking platforms
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in Applications Support role
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong background in enterprise systems (HubSpot, Employment Hero, Wellify)
- Experience in health administration or related industry
- Expertise in workflow automation, data analytics, and reporting
- Proficiency with communication platforms and call tracking systems
