Working with a critical Government department who are undergoing an expansive technology transformation and uplift – large body of work with a view for extensions.
The Role
Join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and play a key role in defining, designing, developing, and delivering digital solutions for impactful transformation projects, focusing on customer experience and human-centered design. This is an exciting opportunity to shape future Digital offerings by identifying business needs and enhancing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & Analyse: Assess business objectives, processes, and information needs, identifying key changes to drive business improvements.
- Consult & Negotiate: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
- Engage & Define: Partner with stakeholders to clearly define business requirements, customer needs, and develop a compelling business case for seamless project execution.
- Discovery & Insights: Conduct thorough current and future state analysis to uncover service delivery gaps and areas for improvement.
- Support Design: Assist the project team in producing key deliverables like customer insights reports, journey maps, and solution designs, evaluating the best options for success.
- CX & Design Thinking Expertise: Demonstrated experience in customer profiling, journey mapping, and human-centered design thinking.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven expertise in analysing business processes and functional requirements, including tracking changes.
- Experience in customer experience design, particularly customer profiling and journey mapping.
- Ability to distil business needs and identify optimal solutions.
- Expertise in Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Portfolio.
- Government Sector Experience: Proven track record working within the government sector is a must.
