About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and driven hybrid Data Migration Lead & Project Manager to play a key role in managing and executing data migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms as part of a large de-merger. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills who can lead data migration efforts efficiently and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end data migration process, from gathering requirements to overseeing the migration strategy.
- Ensure the data migration aligns with program requirements, timelines, and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Transformation Program and Technology Team to meet business needs while adhering to broader technology, architecture, and data standards.
- Work hands-on with architects, engineers, and platform/product teams to ensure alignment with enterprise technology and data platforms.
- You are experienced in managing data migration projects and have the technical and organisational skills to deliver successful outcomes.
- You have large, enterprise transformation experience.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- You enjoy hands-on work and taking ownership of critical projects.
- FMCG experience preferred, but not mandatory.
