About the Role
Are you passionate about using data to drive customer engagement and business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to business strategy through customer relationship management (CRM) insights, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities, measure engagement program performance, and enhance our company's reputation in the industry.
With a customer base of over 2.6 million annually, CRM plays a crucial role in our success. You will work with loyalty program data across multiple business channels, using data analysis to drive performance and engagement. This is a new role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members, leverage supplier relationships, and apply analytical expertise to segmentation, reporting, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data from various sources using SQL.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and refine data requirements for new projects.
Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with different departments to perform data extraction and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of test and control initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an individual who is eager to develop their career in CRM Campaign Insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data extraction and analysis, combined with a desire to enhance their commercial and analytical skill set.
You should have:
Strong technical experience with SQL, including customer segmentation, table joins, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in data reporting and extraction.
Experience with visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI is preferred but not essential.
Experience working with large datasets, such as loyalty card data or longitudinal customer data
A data-driven mindset with a passion for customer insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A track record of implementing process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency.
