About the Role

Are you passionate about using data to drive customer engagement and business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to business strategy through customer relationship management (CRM) insights, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities, measure engagement program performance, and enhance our company's reputation in the industry.

With a customer base of over 2.6 million annually, CRM plays a crucial role in our success. You will work with loyalty program data across multiple business channels, using data analysis to drive performance and engagement. This is a new role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members, leverage supplier relationships, and apply analytical expertise to segmentation, reporting, and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data from various sources using SQL.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and refine data requirements for new projects.

  • Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks.

  • Collaborate with different departments to perform data extraction and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of test and control initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for an individual who is eager to develop their career in CRM Campaign Insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data extraction and analysis, combined with a desire to enhance their commercial and analytical skill set.

You should have:

  • Strong technical experience with SQL, including customer segmentation, table joins, and ETL processes.

  • Proficiency in data reporting and extraction.

  • Experience with visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI is preferred but not essential.

  • Experience working with large datasets, such as loyalty card data or longitudinal customer data

  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for customer insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A track record of implementing process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency.
