Responsibilities
Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a passion for driving transformations in cloud and modern workplace environments? We are in search of an individual who enjoys participating in hands-on projects and is keen on contributing to diverse initiatives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to cloud and modern workplace transformations and many more.
- Work closely with the business and senior stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic, meets objectives and appropriately resourced
- Assess the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives implemented and provide direction
- Create communication plans that effectively convey the benefits and objectives of cloud and modern workplace initiatives to various stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on feedback and outcomes.
- Customise communication messages for various audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance in each instance.
- Develop and conduct training programs to provide employees with the essential skills and knowledge to navigate change effectively.
Skills & experience
- 5+ Years working as a Change Manager, specifically in cloud technology and modern workplace environments.
- In-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience working with cloud platforms and modern workplace tools is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in change management or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
