The Role
As the Change Lead, you will be the driving force behind SAP Transformation. You will be working on a groundbreaking SAP Transformation Program, moving from SAP ECC6 to a state-of-the-art ERP system.
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to our SAP transformation.
- Engage & Influence: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Monitor & Report: Establish success metrics, track progress, and provide insightful updates to program leadership.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide cultural transformation efforts, mentor project teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in change management frameworks such as Prosci’s ADKAR.
- Leadership Skills: A track record of leading transformational change projects, particularly SAP ERP implementations in large organisations.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical abilities and a knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
