Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose technical solutions that address business needs and requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process diagrams, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and consensus on project objectives.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by assisting with user training, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of business process modelling techniques, requirements gathering methodologies, and system development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
