​Starting her education in the same high school as the band U2, Ciara commenced her impressive career within a local stationary store in Dublin, ensuring local businesses had access to all the pens and paper to support the rapid growth of the Irish economy. Since then, she has combined her experience in IT sales and IT recruitment to now be focused on delivering exceptional IT talent to NSW government. Ciara has a special interest in digital technology whereby customer experience is at the forefront of everything she does.

Ciara is solution focussed and very much a people person. She has made it her mission to boost the reputation of the Australian recruitment industry through building strong relationships and exceeding the expectations of her clients and candidates.
